Chris Weaver

Founder / Developer / Project Manager

Chris Weaver is a web developer who builds highly functioning, responsive websites with a focus on modern design and usability. He has a background in sales and marketing, as well as development, and believes that websites should be easy to navigate and manage, both from the frontend and the backend, so that businesses can fully leverage their online presence. Christopher is the founder of Phase 7 Websites in State College.

Rebecca Weaver

Copywriter / Strategist

Becky Weaver is a writer, editor and proofreader who has been crafting focused, online copy for blogs, websites and email marketing campaigns since 2009. She has a Creative Writing Degree from Bath Spa University in England and is the Senior Editor of HATalk e-magazine. Becky understands the importance of SEO friendly, engaging content and works closely with her clients to enable them to reach their target audience.

Bien Concepcion

Developer / Designer

Bien cut his teeth working for television production companies in the Washington, DC region between 2002 and 2006.  The experience he gained from working as an editor/producer on everything from promos to films and documentaries was invaluable.

With over two decades of experience in all aspects of web design and custom application development, Bien is always driving forward as Creative Director at Concepcion Design.  He focuses heavily on the marriage of design and usability and has a comprehensive understanding of functional design, information architecture, and storytelling through visual media.  With the face of the internet changing so rapidly, Bien actively tests out new technologies as soon as they become available.

Brad Groznik

PR / Social Media / Content Marketing / Events

For more than a decade, Brad Groznik of Groznik Public Relations has worked in advertising and public relations. In his professional work, he managed a weekly community newspaper in Queens, helped win political campaigns in New York and developed advertisements for print, television and radio that promoted everything from responsible retirement strategies to aiding victims of Hurricane Sandy. He’s placed hundreds of stories in outlets including The New York Times, USA Today and CNN and ghostwritten speeches and op-eds for sitting politicians and union presidents. He’s helped throw events attended by thousands of people and produced top-tier marketing materials for clients such as Bank of America, Norelco and National Geographic.

Trevor Calabro

UX Designer / Graphic Designer / Brand Strategist

Trevor has over 15 years of experience using a human-centered design approach. He is a NNG certified UX Designer, holds a BA in Graphic Design from IUP, and is currently working as a Senior User Experience Designer at Minitab, Inc. As a freelancer, Trevor has done work with Google, The Pittsburg Steelers, Comcast, and The Pennsylvania State University, and in his spare time he produces and hosts Design Approach, a podcast spotlighting creative professionals who live and work in Central, PA. Trevor Lives in State College, PA with his wife Christa and their 2 children, Seth and Quinn.
